Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive - Studio Designer // Navi Mumbai
Job Description:
-Handle studio walk-ins and take customer through
U&US Concept.
-Understand customer requirement & co-create designs
with customers.
-Guide customers on material selection.
-Ensure timely closure of designing with customers as
per sales process
-Create estimates & follow up with customers.
-Close orders and achieve desired sales targets.
-Ensure timely order booking, collections.
-Ensure studio upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
-Visit customer homes for inspection of site jobs.
-Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with site
supervisors & workshop.
-Create designs in 3D software and AutoCAD.
-Take completion certificate sign-offs from customers.
