Senior Manager
Job Description:
- To achieve planned FX contribution of the State
- To achieve the FX Revenue target from Retail walk-in customers and wholesale (FFMCs & Ads) {Purchase & Sales} for the State
- To add new Retail customers for the branch (Agents and Corporates )
- Service Quality Initiatives in the State
- Ensure adherence to/and implementation of laid down directives/guidelines/departmental procedures by RBI/FEMA/AML/Sr. Management.
- Funds and Revenue Management.
- Timely & correct position reporting to Dealings.
- To do cross selling i.e selling Insurance – Travel & Life, Tickets – Rail and Air
- To drive business volumes for all the Financial Services products through the sales channels / interaction with customers.
- Develop a 2nd line of command in the team
- Impart own knowledge to colleagues/train new recruits in relevant areas
- Display Leadership skills to handle situations & staff. Lead by example. Ensure staff attrition rates are controlled. Ensure that proper discipline & decorum is maintained
Eligibility to apply
