Job Description:

• Collection of Picture of Sample.
• Arrangement of QC person, according to availability and ability of the person.
• Arrangement of files for QC person.
• Collection of Picture before closing door of containers & after loading picture.
• Details of remaining goods.
• Need to collect reports of the inspection.
• Records of the sample.
• Reports of the sample & picture and filling documentation for the same.
• Daily basis print out the list of stuffed container from ERP (Software)
• Need to point item wise pictures of the net weight, gross weight, CBM (LBH of master carton), if there is a deviation mark it with the red color circle.
• Need to write difference between actual what is coming by seeing picture and what we booked from the item master.
• Need to check the stuffed quantity item wise, what we planned to stuffed and what exactly stuffed.
• If the difference is much then mark out and report to the head of the department.
• If there is any left goods which is not stuffed in the container then need to check whether we have any other container with that supplier or not, need to confirm the same quantity is remain according to us and according to supplier.
• Final report to be submitted to the head of the department for the Quantity, Packaging or left goods problem.
• Print out the list of the items need to be stuffed in the container (Container wise separate list need to be print)
