Job Description:
- Call all Entry Level and Mass Market students and identify the batch and language that they want to attend
- Ensure that the registrations of all students are completed
- Complete on-boarding process of all Customers and resolve any level I technical issues.
- Be a Moderator and assist the Instructors in conducting the Online classes.
- Ensure customer attendance
- Ensure that all students take the test after completion of education
- Follow up and communicate with the students when their certificates have been dispatched
- Respond to all Inbound calls and solve student queries
- Resolve all student queries raised from the Web.
- Escalate all level II technical queries to the IT helpdesk
- Conduct and track customer satisfaction surveys
- Identify potential customers for up-selling
