Trainer
Job Description:
o Creation of training material in coordination with management staff and client
representatives
o Conduct in- house training programs
o Ensuring all trainees meet company standards through effective training in
language and Soft skills
o Maintaining assessment records of all trainees to the final grading awarded
before trainees move to next phase
o Establish rapport with learners and create a conducive environment for learning
o Facilitate learning in groups/pairs and singly through effective classrooms
techniques
o Ensuring all trainees meet company standards through effective classroom
training in specialized areas of language.
o Maintaining assessment database for all new hires
o Provide feedback and input for training content enhancement and development
