Job Description:
Role and Responsibility:
- Hunting new accounts
- growing and developing existing accounts , together with generating new business.
- Presenting business proposals to prospective clients.
- Attending meetings with clients.
- Identifying and assessing a clients critical needs.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity.
Desired Profile:
- Previous experience in Account Management
- Selling of services like ADMS/ IMS/ Staffing
- Experience working in an IT industry selling services portfolio
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Experience of managing large accounts l.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Persistent and skilled at negotiating.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Strong Personality
