Position : Deputy Manager Location : All Over North India Salary : 4 lakhs No of Position : 20 Nos Job Description : 1. Source Relationship Management. o Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with all sources of his team and geographic area. 2. Joint Calls • Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source visits and Sales calls. 3. Channel Partner Recruitment Responsible for identification and empanelment of channel partners 4. Team Huddle Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down. 5. Team Review Responsible for implementation and review of sales process, LMS process and dairy function of all team members.
