Team Leader - Technology
Job Description:
 Installation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of servers (Hardware & O.S.)
 Preventive Maintenance on all servers & hardware.
 Managing corporate email accounts.
 Maintenance of EPABX & telephone system.
 Ensuring minimum down time for all telecom equipment.
 Verifying & checking the Integrity of Daily backups of the identified data as per the laid down
timetable.
 Liaison with hardware and software vendors for maintenance for all locations.
 Co-ordination with various Service Providers for Internet & telecom requirements
 Manage the network users.
 Management & Maintenance of the LAN and WAN.
 Management & Maintenance of Internet connectivity & ensuring its uptime.
 Management & Maintenance of FireWall system & equipment & ensuring its uptime.
 Management & Maintenance of Information Security services.
 Management & Maintenance of Server & Desktops software services for the entire organization.
 Monitoring the entire network and sorting network performance issues.
 Co ordination of the IT support for branches.
