Job Description:

• Forecasting future volumes and handle times to arrive at a capacity plan
• Would constantly monitor, track, document and communicate real time floor activities in terms of adherence to process defined Aux/ Wrap/ Breaks & Shifts.
• Real time queue monitoring (RTQM)
• Create rosters to meet the forecasted demand / SL objectives
• Identify call volume trends and average on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal basis
• Understand capacity calculation and Data Modelling
• Forecast and proactively identify SL / staffing gaps

 

• Should have done min 10 + 2
• Should have min 6 months to 1 year experience on Real Time Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling
