Manager Dialer & MIS
Job Description:
• Demonstrates functional expertise to coach/mentor peers/team members
• Provide insights from the P/L of the process and suggest corrective actions
• Cost optimization and maximum utilization of resources for productivity
• Comes out with new ideas for process improvements
• Tracks and drives process budget and manpower
• Manages day-to-day reporting analytics and automation
• Follow up on the billing and collections of revenues booked
• Expert in managing Genesys Dialer including back end coding and coding in expert mode
• Good knowledge of managing PRIs and DIDs
• Knowledge of Billing and managing P&L
• Graduates
• Minimum 5+ years of experience into MIS, Reporting and Dialer Management
