Senior Executive - Collection
Job Description:
Achieve the collections target by collecting the targeted receivables.
2. Communicate assertively about the receivables and dues, without being aggressive or passive; and create a pleasant experience for the customer every time they are contacted or met.
3. Reconcile customer information related to all that is received and all that is yet to be received and ensure a tally of accounts on both the customer’s side and the company’s side.
4. Ensure to have updated details of an account (customer) in hand prior to every call. This is achieved by constantly communicating with the relevant departments such as the Finance, Projects, Legal and Sales.
5. Ensure there is a constant sharing of information between the job holder and the Relationship Managers responsible for the accounts (customers) regarding updates, issues or concerns.
