Contacting Prospects:
A. Telephone calls are made to communicate with prospects generated through…
(i) References given by the existing customers.
- (ii) Campaigns/ Exhibitions conducted by the Marketing department.
- 2. Documentation Assistance:
a. The PAF (Product Application Form) and the ECS (Electronic Clearance System) form are to be filled in. The prospect must be assisted in filling and signing these forms.
4. Updating the CRM system:
a. After contacting a suspect/prospect, if there was a positive or a neutral response, a ‘Lead’ is created within the CRM system.
b. If closure happens, the Lead is converted into a ‘Contact’
c. Then the ‘Customer-ID’ and the ‘Booking-ID’ are created.
