Job Description:
- 1.Sourcing:
- Good exposure of sourcing channels like job portals/consultants/campus hire and mainly into bulk hiring/volume hiring/mass hiring etc.
- Coordinating with consultants regarding the job opening
- Downloading resumes from job portals.
- 2.Screening:
- Experience of the screening process, short listing resumes as per the requirement criteria and job specifications.
- 3.Interviewing:
- Expertise in conducting and coordinating interviews to identify right person for the job
- Experience of recruiting employees at all levels
- 4.Offer & Appointment Letter:
- Experience of salary negotiation & offer process to get the candidate on board
- Making the employment related letters i.e. Offer letter, Employment letter etc.
- Explaining the Background verification process to candidates
- Joining formalities of new joiners, filling forms etc.
