Job Description:
Ø Making & validating the BOQ and rising PO/PR.
Ø Verify project plan drawing, cost and time.
Ø Identify site area and pre planning and pre measurement.
Ø Real estate negotiation as per company requirement.
Ø Verifying real estate document with company legal team.
Ø Looking on vendor quotation and rate as per company needs.
Ø Maintained the different phase of the projects and evaluated all the technical problems and resolve them.
Ø Conducting all infra work (like Interior civil, Design and branding, electrical, HVAC, Fire panel CCTV and IT installation).
Ø Looking facility work and maintain company standard.
Ø Always doing work as per best standard and keeping perfect quality
Ø Planning and execution of project & line up with vender
Ø Taking maintenance related work.
Ø Relate to audit team and conduct them.
Ø Checking vender bill and Audit amount
Ø Insuring project cost and day of complication
