Functions/Responsibilities: 1. Understands and implements Object Oriented Application Development 2. Writes Performance optimized code 3. Writes & performs Unit Testing 4. Debugs his code using efficient debugging techniques. 5. Involves in all stages of the development life cycle 6. Reads, contributes, and shares knowledge on technical, process, and other work related aspects 7. Fluent Communicates clearly (oral and written) 8. Collaborates within and, if required, across groups to address issues and drive targets.
