Training Manager
Job Description:
• New hire training
• Drive Continuous learning
• Enhance learning experience and also be able to come up technology-based training
• Manage facilitators for learning programs
• Work closely with trainers during program delivery to improve on-boarding experience and improve learning curve
• Graduates.
• Candidates should be from Outbound Sales background
• Hands on with MS Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• 3 to 4 years’ experience into Training with at least 1 year in the relevant role
