Hiring for Dialer Manager

Job Description:

 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in terms of quality of sales &
revenue with cost optimization through technology innovation/
enablement.
 Finalize list of all technology modification/ new development (viz.
applications, hardware sizing) duly mapped to process modules in
coordination with business teams & IT
 Based on the insights from experience enhancement opportunities,
provide the business requirements to the IT development/ design
function for development of new features/ functionalities or changes in
existing features/ functionalities
 Define & implement the audit framework for auditing campaign rule
adherence & data governance.
 Create the dialer campaign strategy for complete outbound tele-sales
setup.
 Design management dashboards, govern data related KPIs w.r.t. to data
penetration, data conversions & all other input matrix involved with
outbound call centers.
