Qualifications or Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
 Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage.
 Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) and ERP platforms.
 Strong knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes.
 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
 Strong leadership and team management abilities.
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
 Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments,
order fulfilment, and inventory management.
 Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods in line with client and
company requirements.
 Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address operational and
administrative queries.
 Monitor warehouse staff productivity and adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
 Manage administrative taskssuch asrecord-keeping, documentation, and compliance
reporting.
 Ensure availability and optimal utilization of warehouse resources, including equipment
and supplies.
 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.

 Provide training to team members on operational standards,safety practices, and client-
specific requirements.

 Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
