Job Synopsis:

Position Purpose
- To lead and expand the international freight forwarding business in the North India region by driving sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for international freight forwarding (Air & Ocean – Export & Import) across North India.
- Identify and target key trade lanes and industry segments to develop new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, agents, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market intelligence, and sales pipeline to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to generate and convert freight forwarding business independently.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian market, especially Delhi NCR/UP/Rajasthan etc.
- Prior experience in leading a sales team is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
