MEP Supervisor

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are hiring an MEP Supervisor to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across
construction and maintenance sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with
technical supervision, quality control, and project coordination. This is a full-time, site-based role with
company-provided visa. A valid Dubai driving license is an added advantage due to regular site travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Supervision
- Oversee MEP installation: HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure timely issue resolution.
Project Coordination
- Plan manpower and materials, raise requisitions, and monitor inventory.
- Support the MEP Manager in preparing reports, schedules, and work programs.
- Ensure proper sequencing with civil and finishing works.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DEWA, DM, ADDC, and Civil Defense regulations.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and documentation of all systems.
- Maintain records of inspections, safety audits, and handover documentation.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor teams of electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
- Monitor work output, enforce discipline, and ensure adherence to safety norms.
- Conduct toolbox talks and on-site training when needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of MEP supervisory experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, technical execution, and troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Dubai Driving License is an added advantage (due to travel across emirates).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (basic).
- Willingness to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi regularly.
