and implement impactful CSR programs that empower communities and youth across India.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior BDM – CSR Fundraiser to lead corporate partnership and fundraising initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong connects in the CSR and social impact ecosystem, proven experience in business
development, proposal creation, and corporate engagement, and a deep understanding of CSR mandates and funding cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify, develop, and manage new CSR partnerships with corporates, PSUs, and foundations.
 Drive end-to-end fundraising process — from prospecting and proposal creation to closure and post-engagement
reporting.
 Build strong relationships with CSR Heads, CHROs, and SustainabilityLeaders in the corporate sector.
 Prepare customized CSR proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes aligned with corporate goals and GTT’s social
initiatives.
 Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Finance, Impact, Operations) to ensure alignment and delivery of
committed outcomes.
 Track CSR policy updates, funding trends, and potential partnership opportunities across sectors.
 Represent GTT Foundation at CSR events, forums, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.
 Maintain and grow a pipeline of active and prospective CSR leads with clear revenue projections.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Background: Non-profit foundations, CSR teams of corporates, or organizations involved in education, skilling,
employability, or livelihood programs.
Skills Required:
 Proven record in fundraising and business development for CSR or impact programs.
 Strong corporate connects and networking skills.
 Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication abilities.
 Understanding of CSR regulations(Companies Act, Schedule VII).
 Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about social impact.
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or Marketing
Certification or experience in CSR / Social Impact / Fundraising preferred
