Job Role: CA/Senior Accountant

Experience Required: CA/ICWA with 5+ yrs of experience

Location: Jabalpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports & financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports as required by the management
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation for Internal audits.
• Cost Curtailment: Identifying and Managing Costs to improve the financial performance.
2. Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, and coordinate with tax advisors as needed.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
4. ERP Systems and Process Improvement:
• Manage and optimize accounting systems and processes.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and data management.
5. Finalize yearly books for Tax Audit 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience 
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally & advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, Team handling, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
