Job Summary
FRR Forex is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) – Student Business to guide students traveling abroad for higher education through the complete remittance process, including payment of tuition fees and living expenses. The BDM will also be responsible for expanding and nurturing the educational consultant network to generate consistent student referrals. This role involves pre-sales, sales, and post-sales ownership, ensuring students and parents receive a seamless and trusted experience when processing their remittances through FRR Forex.

Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement & Remittance Support
1. Assist each student throughout the end-to-end remittance process, ensuring timely collection of all mandatory documents.
2. Educate students and parents on remittance requirements, forex rates, compliance, and timelines.
Consultant Collaboration & Webinars
3. Conduct webinars and info sessions with partner educational consultants to build awareness, trust, and clarity regarding remittance procedures.
4. Present topics like forex rates, documentation, timelines, and compliance in a simple and professional manner.
Revenue & Margin Management
5. Follow up with students for semester fees and living expenses (typically twice a year).
6. Maximize transaction margins to increase overall revenue for FRR Forex.
7. Cross-sell education loans, visa assistance, travel insurance, and related services.
Channel Development
8. Expand the network of educational consultants and onboard them as recurring business partners.
9. Build strong relationships to ensure consultants direct students to FRR Forex for remittances.

o Smooth handholding of each student/parent through the remittance cycle

4. Webinar & Engagement Targets
o Conduct scheduled webinars with each onboarded consultant

Required Qualities & Attributes
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in overseas education consulting or related student services.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Strong relationship-building capability with students, parents, and education consultants.
4. Experience with market research, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
