Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly creative Prompt Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI tools and a sharp
ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling client pitch decks. This role sits at the intersection of
creativity, technology, and storytelling – ideal for someone who loves pushing
Key Responsibilities / Accountability
• AI Prompt Development & Optimization
Develop and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality images, concepts, and visual narratives using
tools such as Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and others.
• Collaboration with Concept & Creative Teams
Work closely with the Concept & Creative teams to understand event ideas and transform them into
visual directions, design renditions, and Gen-AI-driven outputs.
• Creation of Dynamic Pitch Presentations
Create dynamic, new-age, animated pitch presentations for client pitches—ensuring strong visual
storytelling and design consistency.
• Support in Creative Content Development
Support the creative development process by producing mood boards, concept art, event renders, stage
designs, and thematic imagery.
• Research & Experimentation with New Gen-AI Tools
Experiment with new Generative AI tools, workflows, and techniques to enhance the creative pipeline.
• AI Asset Management & Organization
Maintain a structured AI-asset library for internal use and rapid referencing.
• Quality & Brand Compliance of AI Outputs
Ensure all AI-generated outputs follow brand aesthetics, project requirements, and quality standards.




Required Qualifications & Experience Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong working knowledge of Generative AI
platforms: Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway ML,
Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.
• Proven ability to convert abstract creative ideas
into high-impact visuals and presentation
storylines.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides,
Keynote, and design tools such as Photoshop,
Illustrator, After Effects (added advantage).
• 1–3 years of experience in
Creative/AI/Design/Visualization roles (event
industry experience preferred).

• Understanding of visual design principles,
creative storytelling, and event experience
design.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and
collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams.
• Thinks visually, writes prompts smartly, and
creates with precision.
• Has a futuristic design mindset and embraces
experimentation.
• Enjoys blending creativity, AI, and client-facing
storytelling for large-scale event experiences.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic intent
and tight deadlines.
