Job Description:
  • Lead manage Digital Transformation strategies across the enterprise and build organization to meet IT Industry 4.0 standards
  • Drive internal IT team, IT vendors and align with Leadership team to drive digital adoption and usage of IT applications/solutions
  • Lead manage Business Process Transformation projects and ensure adherence to laid down processes across verticals
  • Drive strategic business growth using Digital Transformation solutions across the organization

 

  • Drive the Digital Transformation Strategy through Robust Process Management system and effective governance
  • In depth knowledge of various processes and systems across the organization
  • Drive Digital adoption, embrace change and serve as a cross-functional Change agent across the organization
  • Drive a customer centric Process Management framework and enhance Customer Experience (CX).
  • Conceptualize and implement Digital strategy by working with cross- functional partners to map and transition and digitally enable processes
  • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and Digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust Digital ecosystem
  • Measure ROI on Digital projects, Fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure investments in the right tools and resources
  • Supervise continuous monitoring of Process Maturity Framework for outlined processes across the organization & assess potential for improvement:
  • o Process Documentation – SOPs, Process Maps
  • o Process Metrics – Measured with cycle time, frequency etc
  • o Process performance definitions – KPIs & OLAs
  • o Process performance monitoring – Who, When & How?
  • o Process adherence –Against SOPs/checklists, variation mapping
  • o Process Governance – RACI matrix, Reports & Dashboards
  • o Process Risk Control – Continuity plans (BCP)
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes digitally to enable better visibility, faster & accurate decision making to drive performance of organization
  • Drive all identified Business Transformation projects within the organization and enable these projects digitally
  • Drive easy adoption of all IT infrastructure, assets, hardware, applications across the organization
  • Lead the Business Automation initiatives of the organization with the help of the development team and ensure timely roll out of all key projects
  • Lead the Applications Maintenance piece and ensure smooth&high user adoption across the organization with zero down times
