Role Overview:
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales strategy of the company to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring sales operations, managing sales teams, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with marketing, CRM, and associate partners. The Sales Head will play a key role in market expansion, project sales, and brand positioning of the company.

Key Responsibility
1. Sales Management
● Drive and oversee land selling operations to achieve sales targets.
● Develop strategies to attract retail investors, corporate buyers, and channel partners.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
2. Target Achievement
● Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Monitor team performance and guide them in meeting individual and team objectives.
3. Team Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
● Provide regular training to enhance the team’s sales and negotiation skills.
4. Sales Reporting
● Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and strategize for improvements.
● Present performance updates and sales strategies to the Managing Director, CEO, CFO, and HR Head.
5. Client and Channel Partner Management
● Identify and onboard channel partners to expand the company’s market reach.
● Negotiate deals and ensure seamless closures while adhering to company policies.
6. Market Research and Strategy
● Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
● Provide inputs to management for refining sales strategies.
7. Compliance and Documentation
● Oversee the preparation and verification of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to sales.
● Ensure adherence to real estate laws and company guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience
● 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Technical Skills
● Proficiency in creating sales reports and using CRM tools.
● Strong analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting.
3. Communication and Leadership Skills
● Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to lead a team and inspire high performance.
4. Knowledge:
● In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics and legal compliance.
5. Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
