Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Team Leader – Pre-Sales will be responsible for managing the pre-sales team, ensuring proper lead handling, CRM management, reporting, and training. The role also involves conducting Zoom meetings with clients and delivering presentations for Dholera. Candidates with real estate experience or prior team leadership experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Performance Monitoring
● Lead, guide, and supervise pre-sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Take daily updates from the team on lead follow-ups, targets, site visits, and sales progress.
● Ensure the team follows call quality standards and maintains professional communication.

2. Reporting & Data Analysis
● Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for lead performance and team productivity.
● Analyze lead conversions, call outcomes, and share insights with management.
● Maintain discipline in reporting and ensure transparency in team performance updates.

4. Sales Training, CRM Training & Soft Skills Development
● Conduct training on sales scripts, objection handling, and product knowledge.
● Provide CRM Training to ensure accurate data entry, lead status updates, and proper usage.
● Improve team’s soft skills such as communication, call handling, customer query management, and professionalism.
● Conduct regular training sessions based on performance gaps.

5. Client Meetings & Presentations
● Handle Zoom Meetings directly with clients on behalf of the pre-sales team.
● Present the Dholera project and other company projects to clients professionally.
● Support clients with detailed project insights and assist in building trust for further engagement.

6. CRM Management & Data Accuracy
● Oversee and maintain complete and accurate data on the CRM system.
● Ensure timely lead allocation and proper status updates by the team.
● Monitor data hygiene and ensure no lead is missed or mismanaged.

7. Coordination & Escalation Handling
● Work closely with the sales team for smooth lead transfer and follow-up tracking.
● Resolve escalations and support pre-sales executives in managing difficult leads.
● Coordinate with marketing for lead flow, campaigns, and relevant data.

8. Compliance and Documentation
● Oversee the preparation and verification of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to sales.
● Ensure adherence to real estate laws and company guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience
● 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, pre-sales, tele-sales, or team leadership.

2. Technical Skills
● Proficiency in creating sales reports and using CRM tools.
● Strong analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting.
● Ability to conduct Zoom meetings and Dholera project presentations confidently.

3. Communication and Leadership Skills
● Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to lead a team and inspire high performance.

4. Knowledge:
● In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics and legal compliance.
● Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
