Job Description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our branding agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their brand goals, and ensuring seamless delivery of creative solutions that drive impact. You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges to deliver strategic branding solutions.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure project requirements are translated into effective deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to grow client accounts.
  • Present proposals, creative pitches, and reports to clients confidently and persuasively.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with fresh insights and recommendations.
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism, offering solutions that balance client satisfaction with agency interests.
  • Track account performance, project profitability, and client feedback to ensure long-term client retention.

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for detail in branding and marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and creative processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–10 years of experience in account management, preferably in a branding, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Proven track record of handling key accounts and delivering measurable results.
