Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, oversee client brand portfolios, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, market understanding, and the ability to guide creative teams to deliver impactful brand solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging architecture for clients.
- Conduct market and competitor research to derive insights for brand development.
- Define brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all platforms.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key brand accounts.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into strategic brand solutions.
- Lead brand presentations, pitches, and review meetings.
Creative & Campaign Oversight
- Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to develop brand identities, campaigns, and communication concepts.
- Review and guide creative work to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs, market feedback, and analytics.
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in brand communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, design, content, and digital teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Provide clear briefs and feedback to internal teams.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and communication design.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
- Proficiency in brand research, brand audits, and competitive analysis.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Mass Media, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in a branding/advertising agency.
