Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, oversee client brand portfolios, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, market understanding, and the ability to guide creative teams to deliver impactful brand solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging architecture for clients.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to derive insights for brand development.
  • Define brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all platforms.


Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key brand accounts.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into strategic brand solutions.
  • Lead brand presentations, pitches, and review meetings.


Creative & Campaign Oversight

  • Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to develop brand identities, campaigns, and communication concepts.
  • Review and guide creative work to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.


Performance Tracking

  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs, market feedback, and analytics.
  • Identify gaps and propose improvements in brand communication.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with strategy, design, content, and digital teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
  • Provide clear briefs and feedback to internal teams.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and communication design.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Proficiency in brand research, brand audits, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Mass Media, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a branding/advertising agency.
