Job Description:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2+ year in soft skills training
Location: Poonamallee
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering Soft Skills Training Programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of the internet.
- Conducting soft skills training sessions for EV and Community domain students at the Poonamalle, Chennai location.
- Designing, planning, and implementing effective training curriculum on behavioral, communication, and interview skills.
- Building customized training content and assessment tools.
- Applying modern training methodologies for improved engagement and learning outcomes.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Identifying and onboarding budget trainers for projects at various locations.
- Delivering content and ensuring completion of assigned projects.
- Conducting capacity-building activities for key stakeholders.
- Maintaining and submitting monthly training reports (qualitative & quantitative).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of soft skills training delivery experience.
- 1 year of relevant domain experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local language(s).
- Strong facilitation and collaborative skills.
- Knowledge of learning methodologies and training tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with learners across all levels.
- Certification(s) in behavioral skills training preferred.
