Vigilance Executive

Job Description:

• Handling all type of incident and reported to Sr. Management
• Regular patrolling inside & outside, Ensure safe movement gate and plant with 100% satisfaction (Employee/Contractors/Vendor)
• Handling of LMV & HMV Traffic & Parking management.
• Report all incidents to the Security manager / in charge for necessary guidance for further action in the matter.
• Monitoring of CCTV and system.
• Maintaining all computerized and manual records.
• Monitoring the alarms such as motion detection, intrusion, access control.
• Acting as an interface between the HOD and Unit head.
• Preparing of reports such as Alarms report, access control report, DSR, WSOR, CCTV Health status report, Incident report.
• Conducting/Organizing different types of Training program for security personnel like: Fire Fighting (Basic) Training, Behavioral Skills, Emergency Response/ Quick reaction Team during Mock drill, CCTV Surveillance System Training, Communication System Training and Traffic awareness Training.
• Identifying sensitive areas and ensuring regular rotation of staff in these positions.
• Reviewing annual property returns, scrutinizing audit reports, and maintaining lists of officers with doubtful integrity.
• Conducting prompt, thorough investigations into complaints of misconduct, corruption, and malpractices.
• Processing investigation reports for the disciplinary authority, including preparing charge sheets and documentation.
• Conducting surprise and regular inspections to detect irregularities.
• Organizing training programs and observing Vigilance Awareness Week to promote ethics.
• Reviewing existing rules and procedures to eliminate loopholes that may allow for corruption
