Maintenance Instrumentation Executive

Job Description:

Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all Instruments.
Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
Shall have experience on Sensors, Transmitters, PLC, HMI, Etc.
Shall be able to ready drawings P&ID, Panel drawings, etc.
Installation of fresh Instruments and fittings.
Keep record of all stock, supplies and existing equipment’s.
Perform Calibration services for Instruments NABL and Traceability to NABL.
Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are used as per the requirement on daily basis.
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
Take steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to management.
Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility.
Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge.
Panel wiring, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Level Transmitters, etc.
Panel Indicators, Controllers, Recorders, etc.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of motors.
Knowledge of HVAC & BMS.
