Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have successfully handled social media and performance marketing strategies for companies with a turnover of ₹100 Cr or more. The candidate must have strong expertise in lead generation, paid campaigns, and ROI-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
2. Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns with a focus on cost optimization and conversion
4. Manage monthly budgets, track campaign performance, and ensure maximum ROI
5. Analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
6. Handle brand positioning and ensure consistent online presence
7. Monitor latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital and social media marketing
8. Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience managing marketing for a company with ₹100 Cr+ turnover
2. Strong expertise in Lead Generation & Performance Marketing (must-have)
3. Hands-on experience in running high-budget paid campaigns
4. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
5. Experience in CRM tools and marketing automation is an added advantage
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Preferred Skills:
