- Digital Transformation: Spearhead the digital transformation of the Accounts Department, streamlining workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and transitioning towards modern, paperless accounting practices.
- Regulatory & RERA Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to RERA guidelines. Liaise and coordinate effectively with various external consultants, legal experts, and regulatory bodies to manage all statutory and project-level compliances.
- Banking & Finance: Maintain strong relationships with banks, manage accounts, loans, OD facilities, and project financing. Negotiate terms and ensure timely documentation.
- Director’s Personal Accounts: Handle personal banking, investments, rental income, and tax filings with utmost discretion.
- Controls & Reporting: Maintain books across all entities, implement internal controls, and support financial planning and forecasting. Publish a monthly P&L and Balance Sheet for the Monthly Business Review conducted during the first week of every month.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Graduate + CMA / Inter CMA / Inter CA with 5–7 years of relevant finance experience OR 8–10 years of robust working experience in the field if not holding the above professional qualifications. (Real Estate / Construction industry experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command of Tally or similar ERP systems, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and real estate accounting principles.
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in project finance, construction finance, and managing RERA compliance.
Added Advantage :
- Prior experience managing or assisting with an ERP implementation is a strong plus.
- A proactive mindset geared toward the adoption of digital tools and departmental automation.
