Role Description
• Responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment and accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to consult on current and future talent needs and to create a strategic recruitment plan aligned with the business strategy
• Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions that support long-term growth strategy
• Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.), career fairs, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and forward the most promising profiles to the hiring managers.
• Meet set targets as per recruitment plan.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview Panel
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and specific requirements of each role.
• Maintain records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure the interview process runs smoothly, and that feedback is collected from all stakeholders involved.
• Promote the organization as an attractive employer through outreach, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members Individual contributor working with limited oversight
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
