Hiring Vice President - Product Developement

Job Description:

ï‚· His/ her main responsibility would be to develop health services products for Individuals &
Corporates.
ï‚· This would require extensive market study, focus groups, customer research, expert opinions, etc
to understand the consumer healthcare needs and trends related to HealthAssure’s market
segment viz Primary care
ï‚· The candidate would also need to work very closely with all internal teams of HealthAssure viz.
Operations, Medical Networks, IT, Sales, Finance, etc.
ï‚· It would also require interaction with external partners like Medical Providers, heath services
ecosystem, Mobile Application and design partners, etc.
ï‚· Project Management would be one of the key strengths to be able to interact with multiple internal
and external parties and keep timelines for launch as per plan
ï‚· Once product is designed the department would need to plan pilot market and internal testing
ï‚· The candidate would need to be in touch with the market for knowing the performance of the
product and also evolution needs of the product
ï‚· To manage the P&L requirements of the product in terms of cost benefit, sales, expenses, etc.
ï‚· Health Services is a very large industry and the individual would be responsible for continuous
product launches and development.
