Job Description:

Competencies: B.Com Graduate Equivalent to commerce.

                       Min 3-4yrs exp into Indian Taxation (GST,Service tax,TDS ) and should have team handling experience.

                      Should be good in excel -Vlook, Pivot table, ect..advance excel SAP /Oracle exp

·         Manage a large and diverse team of Executive’s working towards pre-defined targets 

·         Manage a large and diverse team of CSAs working towards pre-defined targets 

·         Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor

·         Responsible for staff retention within the team

·         Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
