Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales (Forex) Location: Mumbai Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Forex / Financial Services / Sales domain Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales (Forex) who will be responsible for driving both B2B and B2C business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with corporates, banks, travel agencies, and individual clients, as well as servicing existing accounts. The role also includes team management and ensuring superior client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities ● Identify, source, and acquire new business opportunities from corporates, banks, travel agencies (B2B) and individual retail clients (B2C). ● Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing end-to-end forex solutions and excellent customer service. ● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth. ● Manage and mentor a small sales team, ensuring performance and goal achievement. ● Develop strategies to expand the client base and strengthen brand presence in both B2B and B2C segments. ● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of forex transactions and services. ● Stay updated with RBI guidelines, forex market trends, and compliance requirements. ● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities. Key Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce or related field. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex Sales / Corporate Sales / Banking or Financial Services Sales (B2B & B2C exposure preferred). ● Proven track record of client acquisition and business development. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. ● Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
