Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business applications through rigorous testing, defect management, and end-to-end QA documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automation testing for business-critical applications

Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts

Manage defects using standard defect-tracking tools and drive closure

Create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data-protection standards

Technical Skills Required
Automation Tools: Selenium

Languages: Java & Python (coding proficiency required)

Defect Tracking Tools: Jira or similar

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies

Preferred Domain Experience
Financial Services or Asset Management industry background

Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication

Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
