Job Description:

Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Mumbai Experience: 5-7 years We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst for Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help us make informed marketing decisions. You will work closely with the marketing team to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive our digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection and Analysis: • Gather data from various digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and web analytics. • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies. 2. Performance Reporting: • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau, along with Excel/Google Sheets. • Present findings and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations. 3. Campaign Optimization: • Work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to improve marketing performance. 4. Customer Behaviour Analysis: • Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation to better understand target audiences. • Provide insights on customer journey, conversion rates, and retention strategies. 5. Predictive Analytics: • Utilize predictive modelling and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends and campaign outcomes. • Implement advanced analytical methods to improve targeting and personalization. 6. Data Integrity and Compliance: • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. • Maintain and update data management processes and documentation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in digital marketing. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel). • Hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. • Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
