Digital Marketing Specialist – Strategy, Content & Creative
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can design marketing strategy, plan and write content, and manage creative execution across key digital channels. You will own the end- to-end cycle: research → strategy → content calendar → creatives → publishing → performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
A) Strategy Design
• Build monthly/quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned to business goals (leads, conversions, brand).
• Define target audience personas, messaging, content pillars, and channel approach.
• Create campaign roadmaps: objectives, offers, funnel stages, KPIs, timelines, and budgets (if applicable).
• Coordinate with sales/business teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals.

B) Content Design
• Create content plans and calendars (weekly/monthly) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and email.
• Write high-quality copy: hooks, captions, carousels, ad copy, landing page sections, and email drafts.
• Convert complex topics into simple, high-engagement content (case studies, insights, thought leadership).
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and communication.

C) Creative Design Management
• Own the creation of static posts, carousels, banners, reels/video briefs, and ad creatives.
• Either design directly (Canva/Figma) or coordinate with designers/video editors with clear briefs.
• Maintain brand templates and improve visual quality over time.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives and approvals.

D) Performance & Optimization
• Track performance: reach, engagement, CTR, leads, CPL (if ads), conversions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and insights with recommendations.
• A/B test messaging and creatives; optimize based on data.
• Manage basic SEO content hygiene (optional): keywords, meta, internal linking, content structure.

Skills & Requirements
• Total 7 +yrs of experience, 2–6 years experience in digital marketing (B2B/B2C).
• Strong capability in content strategy + copywriting.
• Working knowledge of creative production (Canva/Figma; ability to brief designers).
• Understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and best practices.
• Comfortable with analytics: LinkedIn analytics, Meta insights, YouTube Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics basics.
• Strong project management: deadlines, coordination, approvals. Tools (Preferred)
• Canva / Figma / Adobe (basic)
• Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page tools
• Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, Google Looker Studio (bonus)
• Zoho /Any project Management tool

Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
