Reporting To: Director – Projects / Project Head

Position Overview
The Architect cum Project Management Associate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the design, planning, and execution of multiple real estate projects. The role involves working closely with internal and outsourced teams to ensure design accuracy, timely deliverables, vendor coordination, and alignment with project timelines and marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Coordination
Coordinate with outsourced Architect, RRC, MEP, PMC, and MCGM approval teams for drawings, design reviews, clarifications, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with company Site Engineers to ensure design implementation on site.
Track drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals to maintain up-to-date records.
Support in design audits, clash detection, and consultant communication logs.
Project Management Support
Prepare and update project trackers, schedules, and consultant deliverable sheets.
Assist in milestone verification, progress documentation, and reporting to management.
Participate in site visits for verification of design implementation and coordination.
Vendor Coordination & Procurement
Identify and evaluate potential vendors and consultants for project requirements.
Coordinate for quotations, BOQs, rate comparisons, and purchase documentation.
Maintain vendor and consultant database with performance and cost summaries.
Liaison & Statutory Coordination
Support in documentation and submissions related to MCGM approvals, NOCs, and compliance with outsourced liaison teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of remarks or pending approvals.
Marketing & Design Support
Provide architectural drawings, renders, and layout inputs for brochure content, website, and marketing collaterals.
Coordinate with design agencies and marketing vendors for accurate representation of project details.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain design correspondence, MOMs, transmittal logs, and digital archives.
Prepare weekly coordination reports summarizing design progress and pending issues.
Maintain all drawing for properties securely
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of architectural design coordination and project documentation.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills with consultants and vendors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiarity with SketchUp preferred.
Knowledge of approval processes (MCGM / Statutory) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Qualification
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design coordination or project management within real estate / construction industry.
