Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The role requires a hands-on individual who can manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, create content, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing
Manage the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across social media platforms.
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content in coordination with the design team.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytics reports, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, social media managers, and graphic designers.
Manage website updates, SEO coordination, and landing page improvements (basic).
Handle online reputation management, customer queries, and digital engagement.
B. Traditional Marketing
Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, leaflets, standees, banners, posters, and other printed materials.
Coordinate with printers, advertising vendors, event organizers, and branding partners.
Assist in planning and executing exhibitions, trade fairs, events, and on-ground promotions.
Support the sales team with presentations, catalogs, product sheets, and promotional kits.
Ensure brand consistency in all offline materials.
C. Coordination & Internal Support
Work closely with the Sales, Projects, and HR teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Assist in content drafting for campaigns, presentations, and corporate communication.
Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all activities.
Maintain a repository of all marketing materials and ensure version control.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and social media algorithms.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic SEO concepts.
Ability to brief and coordinate with designers, printers, and marketing vendors.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Creative thinking, strong presentation skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and make insights-driven decisions.
Knowledge of Canva or any basic design tools (preferred, not mandatory).
4. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Experience in managing campaigns independently.
