Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Management:
 Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient processes, adherence
 to sales strategies, and achievement of revenue targets.
 Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize the
 sales function.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics etc to support
 sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.

P&L Accountability:
 Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the sales vertical, ensuring revenue
 growth and profitability.
 Monitor and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring
 alignment with company goals.
 Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and product
 exclusivity.
 Responsible for achieving sales targets consistently along with guiding and ensuring the
 team also achieves their individual targets

Client Relationship Management:
 Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service that reflects the company’s
 brand image.
 Oversee key client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, interior designers,
 architects etc ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
 Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners

Reporting and Communication:
 Provide regular updates to the Founder on sales performance, operational challenges,
 and strategic initiatives.
 Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue
 forecasts, sales trends, and P&L analysis.
 Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization to support the sales
 team’s goals and objectives.

Team Management and Development:
 Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of excellence
 and accountability.
 Oversee the training and development of the sales team, ensuring they have the
 necessary skills to sell luxury products and deliver exceptional client service.
 Provide leadership to cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics etc) to ensure
 alignment with sales goals.

Relationship Management:
 Ensure the highest standards of customer experience are met throughout the sales process.
 Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
 Represent the company at luxury industry events and maintain a visible presence in the premium home décor community.

Who qualifies?

Education:
 An MBA in related field

Experience:
 Proven 10-12 plus experience as Head of Sales or in a senior executive role within the luxury home decor or related industry.
 Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.

 Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-
performing sales team.

Skills:
 Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
 Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-end client relationships.

 Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and other relevant tools to track performance.
