Senior Engineer – Quality Assurance

Location: Dhumal Nagar, Vasai (East), Mumbai

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Experience: 7- 10 years

Salary: Based on Experience / ₹50,000–₹60,000/month

Job Overview:
Responsible for ensuring that all fabricated and assembled products meet Unicare’s quality standards and international safety norms. Will lead inspection, testing, documentation, and vendor quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality systems in fabrication and assembly.
• Conduct stage-wise and final inspections as per drawings and QAPs.
• Handle calibration of measuring instruments and maintain inspection records.
• Prepare documentation required for welding such as WPS/PQR, NDT procedures etc.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits, documentation, and certification processes.
• Support, improve and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001).
• ASNT Level 3 certified professional is preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical and inspection skills, knowledge of welding/fabrication standards, and QA documentation.
• Preferred Industry: Dairy, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Telecom fabrication.
