Role Overview
The HR Administration (APAC Support) role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for APAC business units from India, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance support, and stakeholder communication across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, role changes, exits, and offboarding formalities.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, joining formalities, and employee inductions across supported APAC business units.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, HR trackers, and BU-wise MIS reports.
• Ensure timely HR system updates and support basic HR compliance coordination for APAC entities.
• Collect, validate, and share payroll inputs including attendance, leave, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and recoveries.
• Support full & final settlement processes and ensure timely closure of exit documentation.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries with clear, timely, and professional communication across geographies.
• Work closely with APAC stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations despite time-zone differences.
• Uphold data confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all HR administrative processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively support APAC countries from India.
• High attention to detail and strong process orientation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Excel.
