Qualification: B.E.
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: Based on Experience / 35,000–45,000 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Technical Documentation Engineer to manage and maintain regulatory, technical, and quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards and ready for customer audits, regulatory submissions, and client requirements globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation such as Product Specifications, Data Sheets, Test Certificates, Tender Specifications, BOQs, etc.
2. Handle customer documentation queries and requests efficiently.
3. Coordinate with QA/QC and production departments to gather and verify data.
4. Ensure proper version control, documentation flow, and compliance with international standards.
5. Ensure timely submission of technical documents for client audits and vendor approvals.

Skills & Attributes

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Science or Engineering.
2. 2–5 years of experience in product documentation or QA/QC.
3. Strong understanding of product documentation.
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF formatting.
5. Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in English.
6. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
