We are looking for a Visual Designer for our UI/UX team who understands how the world of design works (with functionality and aesthetics working side by side). If you value depth over skimming, care about every pixel, and believe visuals tell powerful stories, you’ll feel right at home.

1. Design Execution
• Bring ideas to life through artful and thoughtful visuals.
• Create visual assets such as illustrations, icons, motifs, patterns, color palettes, accents, and storyboards for animation.
• Craft visual elements that elevate the product’s look and feel while staying aligned with usability and intent.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to define visual concepts, styles, and design directions.
• Sweat the details and aim for pixel-perfect execution in every frame.

2. Visual Understanding
• Curiosity is your superpower.
• Gain a deep understanding of client requirements, product goals, and user needs.
• Interpret briefs, references, and feedback to make informed visual decisions.
• Ask the right questions early to avoid misalignment later.

3. Design Communication & Collaboration
• Work hand-in-hand with UX designers to ensure visuals integrate seamlessly into the overall experience.
• Participate in team discussions, critiques, and reviews.
• Don’t just let your work speak, let your persona shine too. Share ideas, suggest improvements, and voice your perspective.
• Receive feedback openly and iterate with purpose.

4. Design Ownership & Discipline
• Take complete ownership of assigned visual tasks and deliver them on time.
• Be a cleanliness freak when it comes to design files. Maintain, organize, and structure them for maximum efficiency.
• Follow design processes and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Always aim higher, refine further, and design better.

Requirements:
• A graduate in Visual Communication or a related design discipline from a recognized design college.
• Prior experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar creative role, with a minimum of 3 years of full- time experience, backed by a strong portfolio that speaks for your work.
• Strong command over the Adobe Suite. Brownie points if you’re acquainted with Figma.
• Your designs will represent us in the market, so an understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs is highly valued.
• A solution-centric mindset paired with a creative personality is the perfect match for this role.
• Change is the only constant, even in design. The ability to evolve, adapt, and upskill based on project requirements is essential.
