Job Description:
What we are looking for?
A competent project management professional accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of the assigned region. Regional Operations Manager is accountable for managing the interface with all key stakeholders both internally and externally during the region, especially focusing on continuous, proactive collaboration with the customer.. His/her primary objectives are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.
What will you be doing?
- Accountable for achieving financial parameters for the region
- Accountable for completion of Major projects in west region with safely, on time and within budget
- Accountable for effective collaboration and communication with and between stakeholders
- Accountable for cost control of the major projects in region
- Responsible for “hand over”: of projects on time to customer
- Responsible for full chain scheduling in KONE (sharing the plan)
- Responsible for getting stakeholder approvals where required.
- Controls the material and inventory and takes care of the claim analysis.
- Responsible for overall safety plan, quality of projects in the region
- Responsible for ensuring project team follows site methodology and execution.
- Responsible for regional financial result.
- Responsible for ensuring Site Start Up meeting at the beginning of projects
- Responsible for monthly project reviews, site audits, handovers and final closure.
- Secures and retains appropriate talent for project execution
- Identifying and facilitating site related change management activities
- Leads the multifunctional project team and manages performance
- Communicates project goals, gives feedback on the performance and coaches.
- Creates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and sub-contractors.
- Ensures Company’s safety and security policies
