B. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with SBU Head and Sales Teams to qualify leads and implement the action plan agreed between SBU and Sales team for product promotion and sales
Provide technical support to the sales team during their sales calls and technical qualification process
Be updated with product knowledge and conduct site surveys, product demos, knowledge sharing seminars, technical presentations as necessary
Build technical product presentations, product performance videos, competitive advantages and other collaterals
Prepare and weigh technical proposals and support in tender documentations
Track the leads and provide updates to SBU Head
Actively support project/order execution through documentations, status update meetings with customers, internal coordination for timelines, third party inspections etc.
Assist in timely payment collection from customers
Prepare a travel plan to support the regional sales team and seek approval from your manager
Support exhibitions, seminars, road shows to improve brand awareness and reach/coverage
Ensure quick response to all sales leads from advertisements, exhibits, mailing and customer enquiries
Prepare ideas for social media posts and finalise the content in consultation with SBU Head
Management Reporting
Weekly / Monthly MIS reporting on Goals/KPIs as agreed with your manager

C. Key Competencies required to perform the current role

Qualification & Experience
Education preferred BE/BSc; MBA/PGDBM will be added advantage
Direct field sales experience in Industrial sales / safety industry
Hands on working experience of more than 4 to 6 years in Pune and around
Must be computer literate
